Introduction from the Headteacher

Thank you for taking an interest in our school and I hope that over the following pages you will find all the information you need. I hope that you have had the opportunity to visit our school and look at the tremendous learning environment that we are continuing to develop.

At St. John’s, the staff and myself are committed to learning being a happy and stimulating experience, where each child is challenged to reach their full potential. I firmly believe that to achieve success the school and parents must work in partnership. If at any point in your child’s education, you have concerns or celebrations, please share them with us, as we will with you.

Through our School Development Plan we aim to work together as a whole school community, including pupils, staff, governors and parents raising achievements and expectations by continuing to improve the quality of teaching and learning.

I am afraid that this prospectus can only give you a flavour of what we are about. Please come and visit us to experience the real Tisbury ethos!
